Attempting to surprise everyone in the world today, the CIA announced that they will actually coerce the IRS into putting a fairer tax system in place than years past. Many years past. Several attempts have been made in the past to startle the population to take their focus off other problems, such as a fake "war on terrorism", the spreading of the rumor of a virus called HIV, the assasination of JFK, and the 2000 election. Oh sure, people got riled up about those things, but nobody was really surprised enough to accidentally forgive the CIA. They saw those coming wheather they would admit it or not. Since then, the CIA has called in a specialist. What the specialist suggested was to do something for the masses as opposed to for themselves. "This was an entirely new idea to us," said George Tenet, director of the CIA, "We'd never have thought of it ourselves." When they tried it, it worked all right. Not only do they have the entire planet up in a frenzied confusion about it, but they also took the focus off their most recent blunder, the so-called "War on Terrorism" that supposedly took place in Afghanistan. Since the start of said "war" it has been revealed that the Earth does not have the face it was thought to have had, and the area once called Afghanistan is actually just the result of several poorly defined country borders, including Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, China, and the United Kingdom. Somebody had to be blamed for this oversite, and that was the CIA. Now nobody cares, because they actually made the IRS do something fair. That's what I call checks and ballances. 10334
