Bush asks congress for another $87 billion

President bush came up with another, more innovative use for 87 billion dollars toay, surgicaly implanting electronic ID tags in all non-white U.S. citizens. “I think its a good move,” said attourney general John Ashcroft in a press conference earlier today. “These people pose a threat to national security. I mean, look at them. They are responsible for most crime, so why would terrorism be beyond them?” The name for this new and innovative measure is being hotly debated by the bush adminstration. “I think it ought to be called 'The Really Partiotic Act', it has a nice ring to it,” said a top White House aid in the “thinking of good names” conference room. Said another, “I think it ought to be the 'God Bless America Act', the general public goes for that sort of thing. Look at congress.” The president disagreed with these names, though his aides convinced him the “Dang Negro Act” (Edit) wouldn't go over with the public. 10331
