I mean, look at them. They are responsible for most crime, so why would terrorism be beyond them?” The name for this new and innovative measure is being hotly debated by the bush adminstration. “I think it ought to be called 'The Really Partiotic Act', it has a nice ring to it,” said a top White House aid in the “thinking of good names” conference room.
